Terms of Use

1. Who we are and acceptance

LyricFlow is an independent service operated from Brazil ("we", "us"). You can reach us at supportlyricflow@gmail.com; on request, we provide the identification details of the person responsible for the service.

By creating an account or using LyricFlow you agree to these Terms of Use and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

LyricFlow lets you upload a song, add lyrics, time them (by hand, by tapping or with automatic sync), choose a visual style and export lyric videos (MP4) and subtitle files (SRT, LRC).

Automatic tools — such as auto-sync, singer detection from tags or contrast suggestions — can make mistakes. Review your video before publishing it; you are responsible for what you publish.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must also make any purchase.
• Give a valid email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Creating extra accounts to get more free exports or invite credits is not allowed.
• Tell us at supportlyricflow@gmail.com if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.

4. Plans, payments and cancellation

Free plan: free of charge, with monthly export limits, ads, and a visible "Made with LyricFlow" watermark and end card on every export. Limits and features of each plan are shown on the pricing page and may change as described in section 11.

Pro plan: a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

• You can cancel at any time in Account → Plan → Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed after that.
• Right of withdrawal: within 7 days of subscribing to Pro you can withdraw and get back everything you paid (art. 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code). Use Account → Plan → "Cancel and get a refund" — the same place you bought it — or write to supportlyricflow@gmail.com. We confirm receipt immediately on screen and by email, end Pro at once and refund the full amount to the payment method you used; when it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer. If a payment can't be refunded automatically, we complete the refund within 5 business days. This right applies once per account, to its first Pro purchase. Other consumer rights under the law where you live also apply.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable for the unused part of a period.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live. We'll tell you in advance of any price change, and it applies only from your next renewal.
• If a payment fails, we and Stripe will let you know; if it isn't fixed, Pro ends and your account goes back to the Free plan. Your projects are kept.

5. Premium credits and invitations

Inviting friends can earn premium credits. A credit unlocks Pro features for one export; it never removes the Free watermark or end card. Credits have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Credits obtained by self-invitation, fake accounts or other abuse may be removed.

6. Your content

"Your content" is everything you upload or create in LyricFlow: songs, lyrics, translations, images, videos, logos, fonts, singer names and photos, and the videos you export.

• You keep all rights you have in your content. We don't claim ownership of it.
• You give us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and display your content only to provide the service to you (for example to show the preview, sync the lyrics and render your videos). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every song, lyric, image, video, font and other material you upload — LyricFlow asks you to confirm this before every export. You are responsible for any licenses needed to publish your videos (for example music publishing and recording rights).
• Finished videos stay available for download for 24 hours and are then deleted automatically. Keep your own copies.
• We don't review content before it's uploaded, but we may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or publish content that infringes someone else's rights (copyright, trademark, image or privacy), or that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploits minors or promotes violence;
• remove, hide or alter the watermark or end card of Free exports by technical means, or present Free exports as made without LyricFlow;
• abuse plans, limits or credits (multiple accounts, automated sign-ups, self-referrals);
• access the service by automated means not offered by us, overload it, probe or bypass its security, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
• resell or provide the service to third parties as your own product without our written permission.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in LyricFlow infringes your rights, write to supportlyricflow@gmail.com with: your contact details; the work you claim is infringed; where the content is (link or project details); a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We'll review the notice, may remove the content and notify the user, and may close accounts of repeat infringers. Users who believe content was removed by mistake can reply with a counter-notice.

9. Our software and styles

LyricFlow, its software, design, brand and templates belong to us or our licensors. You may use the styles, animations and backgrounds inside the videos you export from LyricFlow, for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You may not copy the service, its templates or its code to offer them separately.

10. Other services

Payments are processed by Stripe and ads on the Free plan are served by Google, under their own terms. LyricFlow is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or any other platform you publish to; follow their rules when you post your videos.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep LyricFlow available and your files safe, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We may change, add or remove features and plan limits. If a change reduces what you've already paid for, we'll tell you in advance and, where the law requires, offer a proportional refund.

12. Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account; this cancels your subscription and deletes your projects and files. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the law, or to protect other users or the service. Where reasonable we'll warn you first and explain why.

13. Disclaimers

Except as guaranteed by law, LyricFlow is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that automatic sync, detection or other automatic features will be accurate, or that the videos will be accepted by every platform.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of content you didn't keep a copy of, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that can't be waived, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of your domicile; otherwise, the courts that Brazilian law designates have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please contact us at supportlyricflow@gmail.com — most issues can be solved quickly.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using LyricFlow after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
