What is an LRC file?
LRC is a plain text file with a timestamp before each line of lyrics. Music players, karaoke apps and car stereos read it to highlight the words as the song plays. Each tag is minutes:seconds.hundredths, so you can open it in any text editor.
[ti:Midnight Signal] [ar:Nova] [00:12.40] Meet me where the light begins [00:15.85] We were dancing on the edge of the night [00:19.30] Hold on, don't let it fade away

LRC questions
What is an LRC file used for?+
It shows synced lyrics in music players, karaoke apps, car stereos and lyric videos — each line lights up at the right moment.
How do I sync lyrics to a song?+
Paste the lyrics, open the song, press Tap to sync and hit Space as each line begins. Then download the LRC.
Is it free?+
Yes. The editor is free with no account and no limits. Auto-sync from audio needs a free LyricFlow account.
Can it sync the lyrics automatically?+
Yes — in the LyricFlow app, auto-sync listens to the song and times every line, even without lyrics (it can write a draft from the audio). Export the result as LRC, SRT or a video.
Which players read LRC files?+
Most offline music players and many karaoke apps do — save the .lrc next to the song with the same file name.
My LRC is a little ahead or behind. How do I fix it?+
Open it here, play the song and use Shift all (±0.1 s or ±0.5 s) until the lines land on time, then download it again.
